Big Brother Releases Statement on Ilebaye’s Confrontation with Ceec and Doyin, Says Ilebaye Was Not Provoked.
Ilebaye and Doyin, two of the closest friends in the Big Brother house, had a major falling out on Saturday night. The fight started in the garden, before the housemates went indoors.
Ilebaye was upset about her sudden fallout with Doyin, and she told Pere that she didn’t know why they were arguing. Doyin, meanwhile, was talking to Ceec, Mercy Eke, and Princess about the fight. She told them that Ilebaye had said she didn’t want to get involved in her fallout with another housemate, which hurt Doyin because she had always gotten involved in Ilebaye’s feuds.
Ceec, Mercy Eke, and Princess believe that Ilebaye’s behavior is a strategy, and they are glad that Doyin can finally see her true colors. Doyin felt emotional about watching her friend cry, but the trio gave her a pep talk and told her that she was a “nice friend.”
Ilebaye overheard Doyin and her friends talking about her, and she accused them of trying to ruin her friendship. Ceec told her that she was at fault for the fight, and their heated exchange led to Ilebaye pulling Ceec’s face and almost getting into a physical altercation. It took Angel, Alex, and Seyi to intervene and calm the situation down.
Ilebaye also exchanged words with Princess, who teased her, and Doyin, who she grabbed by the neck when Biggie summoned her.
